As it stands, I have to sit at my house the whole time-frame in which a maintenance is expected to come, which is from 9AM to 9PM, without knowing whether anyone is coming, has come by and I've missed them, or even intends to come by today. The result is that I end having an unnecessarily wasted day.

The fix would be simple enough. Simply have a notification system, could even just be an email, in which the requester can see if anyone is taking steps to arrive on that particular day, if they have drooped by and no one was home, or even if no one is currently looking to show up. That way I don't have waste my day waiting for someone who might not be coming and you guys don't have to bother to respond to annoying suggestions or complaints like mine!
