Single employee editing is something that should be available from the start. Uploading the CSV file is so much extra work. It really makes you want to look for another software. Editing is the main thing I need to do every week and right now I hate the solution.
This solution that you have right now is not user-friendly or logical!
SpaceIQ solution: The edit/pencil button only appears for employees who have been entered manually into SiQ with the +New Employee button. Users who are imported to SiQ through a CSV will not have the edit/pencil button. Any changes to an employee will have to be made to the CSV and re-uploaded to take effect in SiQ.
It is recommended to use the CSV to maintain the employee records over manually entering each employee. If you had an employee who was manually entered in SiQ and also included in the CSV, any changes to that user will have to be made to both manual (edit/pencil button) and the CSV. If it isn't, the next CSV import will override the manual change that was made to the user.Ots, Liisa supported this idea ·
