Offer option to book for more than 4 hours in hourly booking AND it goes past midnight for shift workers.

When a booking is auto-canceled due to lack of check-in, change the "check-in" button to show something that indicates the booking was auto-canceled -- the way it stands now, a user would not know intuitively why the "check-in" button is grayed out.

For those reservations that will be automatically canceled due to lack of check-in, please send a reminder email to check-in X minutes before check-in expires. Then after auto-cancellation has happened, send an email indicating as such.

Thank you for the suggestion. I agree that this is an important feature for making it simple to get staff back to work.

After a desk/space is reserved, offer a static way finding directions (can be dotted lines) from the main door to the reserved space/desk.

With increased emphasis on privacy, the default behavior should be that users are not searchable in Engage -- user should need to actively opts in to be searched. Right now, Serraview charges to change this default behavior but should be built in.

Apply the set concurrency limit against the person that has been "booked for" (not the person doing the booking on behalf of another). If the concurrency limit is "1", then any user should not be able to book more than 1 seat, regardless of whether they booked by themselves or if another booked on their behalf.
