Book on Behalf of space/desk visibility
When using the "Book for" feature in Engage, the spaces that show as being bookable are based on the person making the booking, not the person being booked for.
I would think that if making a booking for another person, the desk/spaces that should be visible to be booked should be based on that "Book for" selected person.
Specific example: The attached image from Engage shows a floor plan with 6 desks bookable (blue dots). These desks are "Everyone" bookable. The person shown in the "Book for" field is a member of a team that is assigned to the neighborhood that is outlined in Red, with these desks configured as "Neighborhood" bookable. But I am unable to book him into that space, because I myself do not have the ability to Book those spaces.
Also, I am unable to indicate that I want to 'Book for' someone else until I actually click on a space. (This is why the location icon on the upper blue dot.) If this additional ability to "Book for" enhancement to allow the system to show the spaces/desks that the 'Book for' selected person is eligible to book is accepted, it may make sense to have the "Book for" field be visible before actually selecting a space/desk.
