Desk numbers visible on floorplan in Engage
Desk numbers to be visible on the initial floorplan when choosing a desk in Engage - e.g. as currently visible in VBS. As opposed to needing to click on a desk to see the desk number.

An enhancement has been released to Engage to display the numbers and names of spaces when you zoom in on the floorplan.
If a desk is booked, allocated or detected as occupied via SVLive2 the floorplan will continue to display the name of the person at the desk
Read more about it on the Help Site, or contact Serraview Support or your Customer Success Manager for more details.

Would be beneficial to have a toggle to display different views. E.g. on/off for desk number & person name. When one is looking for where most of the team sits or a desk number, it would be benefitical to have a different view where user does not have to click each and every individual desk to view this info, or save 50 favourite people/desks.

I agree that having the ability to display the desk number/space ID/space name on the plans would be beneficial for our employees. But due to the size of the text and floor plans that we have within our portfolio, I would definitely like the user to have the ability to toggle those values on and off. Maybe adding the option to the User profile screen, but keeping the number of clicks/taps to a minimum. Or create a separate link near the User profile and the 'My Reservations' link for those quick use toggles?

Can we please display or at least have the option to display Desk Number labels on the floorplans in Engage? Often people want to book near their team mates, it's easier to see where that is if they indicate a desk number. Instead of clicking on random desks to see what the desk number is.

Please add an option to allow users to view space names on the floorplan, similar to the view seen in either Spaces or VBS in core Serraview. This option should be a configurable choice for each user found in their settings, or a button in the floorplan view.

When viewing the App you see dots on the floor plan, something that might catch the users eyes to better understand the dots is to have a floor # and a seat #. For example floor 20 and seat 400, this would be on the dot itself. Users would view it as 20-400. This would be help at a glance for a user friendly experience. Currently users choose a dot, then a screen slide up showing the seat #.

Could the floor plan on Engage also show seat #'s on the Blue dot? Employees desks have a physical # at their desk. The seat selection option isn't clear on the pad or mobile device. If a user is not familiar with the floor it's difficult to navigate their way through the space as users are familiar with the desk being numbered.
