Engage Pop-up Notice
It would be excellent if there was a pop-up feature where you can display a mandatory message before users could reserve desks or do anything else i.e. It would display if you are exhibiting any signs of COVID, please do not book or, there are site awareness considerations before visiting or even site closure or app updates

An enhancement has been delivered to Engage to customise an acknowledgement message when a user loads Engage.
