Modify existing desk reservation

As a user, I would like to modify my existing desk reservations by shortening it (i.e. 4 days to 2 days) or extending it (i.e. 2 days to 5 days).

For existing desk reservations where I am shortening it, it should allow the user to keep their existing desk reservation or suggest booking another desk as a secondary option.

For existing desk reservations where I am extending the booking, it should try to book the originally reserved desk for the extended time, and if this is not free, allow you to do the following options; 1) keep the original desk reservation for the days already reserved + suggest other desks you can reserve for the extended days, 2) reserve the same desk for the entire reservation request.

    Add ability to modify desk and space bookings. Currently they have to be cancelled and recreated.

    The Engage check-in reminder offers a choice to Check In, Cancel, but additionally, a ‘change seat’ link would be helpful and has been requested by our users. Similar to when you are checking into your flight, you can review the seats booked and remaining and change your seta option if you have decided window or closer to an amenity is more preferred (or away from other people/bookings...)...

    It would also be great to restrict hours so that people can only book from 7am to 7pm to ensure that when people are booking hours, they don't accidently book at 3am instead of 3pm.

    I think it would make sense to add this button to the My Bookings section, next to the Check-In/Out button. Pressing the button would open a new dialog that allows the user to select how long they'd like to extend, 15 min, 30, 45, 60 etc., based on the availability of that space. Extensions should be logged and reportable, so that clients can identify if their employees have an issue with meetings taking too long, or not scheduling meetings properly.
