"Wayfinder" button is confusing
We would like to keep the experience as simple as possible for users. Currently they have to learn about Serraview.. Engage.. Booking.. and now Wayfinder. We think this will confusing for new users, so to simplify we would like to remove the Wayfinder button and instead put it at the bottom of the Bookings page. It would be clearer if the button was labelled "Book a Desk" (or "Book a Desk/Room").
If the button can't be removed, making the button label customizable, so that we can rename the button to "Book a Desk" would be very helpful. See enclosed.

The wayfinder tile can be replaced with a standard Concierge menu item by entering “engage://wayfinder” inside the url of a menu item.
By doing this, you can customize the title, message and background image of this function.
It is the new preferred approach. Thank you for the suggestion.

If the intent of "Wayfinder" is solely to allow someone to reserve a space, then it should be called something like, "Reserve a space/workspace/seat". We have received feedback that "Wayfinder" is not intuitive for the purpose of reserving a seat.

Reading through the comments here and speaking with our own client, free form text best meet needs of our client users. "Maps" is still unclear since this is the button used to navigate to make or find a reservation.

I agree about a customizable button being the best option. If the button can't be removed completely and replaced with a tile, then allowing an option to change the text within the configuration would be ideal.

The clients I have spoken to would prefer to be able to give this tile their own name. Could "Maps" or "Wayfinder" be an editable field by the client?

I've read all the comments and suggestions and feel that one of the original suggestions of making the 'Wayfinding' label customizable would be the most flexible for all companies/countries/industries. We could label it Bookings, Maps, whatever we wanted.

I don't think you need to make all those changes....I think you can just change the term "Wayfinding" to "Book a Seat" or "Find a Seat".

We would prefer the Wayfinding button to be removed and break down the 3 tiles of the app into Your Booking Information, Book a space/desk and Maps. Since these are the 3 aspects of the app that everyone will use and want quick access to.

We're keen to address this aspect too. Our ideas would be a rename of 'Wayfinder' to 'Find & Book', or Book & Navigate' in anticipation of the Wayfinding & Engage merging. The Alternate suggestion below of linking to the tile though would be preferred. We've currently tried to address this confusion by renaming the 'My Bookings' tile to 'My Existing Bookings', but would be much easier if you could make and view bookings from the same tile. The Wayfinder button may then be helpful if you could simply click on it and it know's your booking for today and shows you how to navigate to it.

Feedback within our Workplace team is that the 'Wayfinder' industry term as a label is not intuitive for a user. 'Navigate', 'Maps', 'Reserve' or similar would simplify the language.

If I was a user, I would like a button on the home screen. Instead of maps, maybe 'Navigate' or 'Navigate to..'
a button in my books in addition is good too. -

Thanks for the feedback Johanna. Another idea is that we just remove the "Wayfinder" button all together and make the maps available via one of the existing big tiles in the menu. The team is working on a few designs, will make sure that we share them here for feedback for going too far with this.

Agreed that it is confusing to see "My Desk & Room Bookings" for current reservations, but have to click "Wayfinder" to make a new reservation. Either have My Bookings showing current reservations and a simple "+" sign to start new reservation, or rename Wayfinder to "Make a New Booking".

"Maps" might be a better label for that button
