Text / labels on floorplans
Maps should show conf room names, points of interest like restrooms and coffee, to give people “landmarks” and a sense of where they are

Cannot see “Space Type” label in Engage map (shown only on the interactive “card”). Cannot see both assigned “Person/Occupant” and “Desk/Room Name” labels at the same time in Engage map (as seen in Serraview).

We would like Preferred Name to show 100% of the time if provided. Otherwise, the space name/ID is good.

Please include labels for all bookable spaces. Spaces and Desks. Our clients are asking for this.
Thanks, Berent -

Keen to see neighbourhoods or floor zoning on the floorplan. Eg one site we have is segmented into Forest, Beach, City & Mountains. The floor has visual indicators for each zone and given floorplate size, terms are used to aid movement on floor. Would be keen to reflect these zones onto the floorplan to aid desk selection. Some teams are trialing booking into a particular zone as an easy way to book near each other, but unless you're familiar with the layout, we haven't been able to reflect these zones in the App.

In a cluster space, you don't know which seat you actually selected. You could imagine walking onto a floor and visually seeing the amount of workstations in front of you, this can be overwhelming. Can a starting access point be dropped onto the Engage floor plan? It would be thoughtful to have a marker (you are currently here) as a starting point (main doors to the office) so that the user can navigate their way through the space. Another helpful idea would be to label the outer perimeter with either street names or Cardinal directions (N,S,E,W)
