    As a Workplace and Property administrator, I need to be able to book desks for staff members who do not have a work mobile phone or whose phone is too old to download the Engage app.

    As an Executive Assistant/Secretary I need to be able to book desks on behave of my manager or other people in the team.

    As a team member I need to be able to book desks for me and my team to be able to work in the office in the same area. Once in the office we will use collaboration spaces and meeting rooms to work on the same project.

    We have a high number of individuals booking multiple desks to cater for those who currently can't use the app (old ios) or who want to sit near each other. Very keen to have this functionality enhanced to support the features on both desktop or app. We're keen to see the feature set replicable on both app & desktop so the employee experience is similar and you don't have to think about which device to use each time.

    Useful feature in a covid world. We have demand from teams who want to 'connect' seated together in the office on a scheduled day. currently, booking desks on an individual basis makes this challenging to secure the right number of desks together to facilitate this need.

    Ability to manage bookings on behalf of another user via mobile app for admin/ea/pa is important as our business is relying on the app for return to office plan. Also important is for leaders to book on behalf of new starters on their first day before they have all the systems access etc to come into work.

    Hey Fred, You're correct it would be best handled in a desktop version. Can we couple this with the desktop upgrade or put it as a prioity pending desktop version? Thanks Fred

    Would this be best handled in the laptop/tablet version of Engage (which is scheduled), or do you envision this functionality also available on mobile?l

    Village (group of desks) Bookings -when booking group of desks enable as such, I want to choose a team/group of people or enter names of people (on behalf of them) and book the village of desks. When booked, they get a notification on their Engage App or via email.

    As an admin, one should be allowed to cancel reservations of others
