I could see where showing names as a default setting may crowd up the floor plan, so It would be nice if you the user could select an option (while looking at a particular floor) to "Show People", and then it would show abbreviated first name, and full last name (or maybe like 8 characters of the last name) for everyone that is assigned to a dedicated seat, and also people that have reserved a seat for the day that is in focus.

It should be a clients choice if they want names displayed always or hidden. Like floorplans architectural or simple. Same with data on a floorplan. I can easily see the names and not have to search by individual.

We recently implemented SV/Engage and this is one of the most common requests from employees. Searching for an anchored employee (i.e. they are assigned in the "Occupied By" field in SV) will show the workpoint assignment on their "people" card, so it's odd that the reverse isn't available (i.e. seeing the assigned occupant on the workpoint card).

Similar to labels in VBS, having the functionality to zoom into a pod of desks and automatically have the label appear showing who is sitting on the desk without needing to click the desk.

This could also be managed via secured action or a toggle

scenario: user walks on to a floor with engage app open and sees a fixed desk with staff. User wants to know whom it belongs to and wants to click on the desk on the floorplan in Engage to learn who occupies the desk.

Engage does not display users of anchored desks.
