It’s important to them to have a laptop/desktop version of Engage
The use case would be that Todd is sitting at his desk and knows that Tonia is in the office for the day but needs to know where she’s sitting. Since Todd is working at his desk, he’s on his laptop and he would prefer NOT to pick up his phone to switch tasks – but just open Engage on his laptop and look for Tonia.

Now that Engage web has almost reached feature parity with web, I am closing this item.
We will continue to ensure that feature parity is reached and is continued where possible.

Require the ability to book via desktop/laptop or Kiosk as not all staff have access to a iphone 6 (or Version 13 and above) to enable the engage app to function.

Just performed another demonstration this time to Client A who said they need a web view for their concierge desks and intranet. They need that to go along with the mobile app roll out

This is becoming critical for a lot of people as there is still a level of reluctance to use a personal phone for work purposes. This would also help with those clients too and simply reduce the anxiety of staff if they can visually see on a screen what is/isnt available.

Interesting use Case - This is also the case for a Kiosk style walk-up monitor at a concierge desk. Essentially everything we have with Locator + More combined with Engage. Some people simply might not want to install engage on their mobile
