An enhancement has been delivered to Engage to connect to your Microsoft Teams, which will provide profile pictures and a quick link to connect via Teams.
This feature may require your Engage system administrators to configure engage with these new features, please refer to the help site at https://support.iofficecorp.com/Serraview/Engage/Engage_Configuration/Other_Engage_Configuration/002Set_up_the_Chat_Integration or contact your Customer Success Manager for more details.
