  2. Currently, you cannot assign Non VBS Locations to assets like carparks. Floors with carparks don't need to show up in Spaces and VBS, but still need to be assigned to people. It would be extremely easy if we could assign Non VBS locations too.

  3. As a Workplace Admin, I need to be able to add people to my flexi team who are already assigned to a dedicated space, without removing them from their existing location(s).

    Right now, if "Enable Move / Keep Functionality" is turned on, I can uncheck "Remove from previous location(s)" when adding a user to a workpoint, but I have no such option when adding users to a flexi team. I have to ask a global Serraview admin to add the user to the flexi team via VBS.

  4. Expand the location bar in the reports parameters, to show complete location title. The name should show fully if you hover the mouse over it.

  5. Would love to be able to use the data import process to put "Blank" values into data fields.

    Currently when doing data imports to Serraview, some fields are able to accept "Blank" values to be updated where other fields are not able to have "Blank" values imported.

    There is no identifiable way to know which fields are able to accept "Blank" values with an import file. At least not identifiable to me. I had submitted a support ticket about this. Was told it was text fields that could be wiped out, but that is not always the case.

  6. Add the number of Vacant and Occupied desk totals next to each to the Legend. This will quickly show the number of people that are in the office and a particular floor which is good for office management.

  7. With the new feature to open and close floors it would be preferable for those desks/floors to be greyed out instead of looking green and available. An error message does pop up when you try to book but it is small and states "Building" is closed instead of just the chosen floor. Could their be an option to personalise the comment per building and make it clearer with greyed out desks?

  8. Allow the possibility to create new custom categories for reports;
    In the reporting tab, it will be very useful if the users will be able to add new categories and sort the reports more easily.

  10. Sometimes we need to upload the corrected or missing historical badge data for certain sites or buildings. It would be very helpful if we can upload data for a selected period of dates/time range in the history without interrupting or overriding other existing data.

  12. Provide confirmation on page once a new user creates a password and it is accepted and confirmation when password reset is changed. This would reduce the number of lock outs and reset confusion for users.

  13. For the system parameters/configuration that Serraview manage on behalf of a customer, can visibility be provided as to how these parameters are configured within the Configurations module? It is challenging to see/understand these settings without reaching to Serraview -- these fields can be non-editable but visibility would be extremely helpful.

  14. It would be nice to be able to toggle document name entries as active or archived. Lease documents need to be held beyond their expiration date for audit reasons. It would be nice to see the active library on the home page and have a secondary place for archived documents

    The current setup requires you either store everything together (messy) or store your old site documents someplace else.

  15. Can the automation attached to the Dominant Occupant process that displays the user login in VBS be amended to also clear the Dominant Occupant data after a period of time or inactivity?

  16. When using the wireup module, switchports that have been active, but the desk the port is associated to hasn't been wired-up, we can't see the desk where the persons activity occurred. Because the SVlive reports available don't contain all the details we need to identify these desks, and our portfolio is very large, it would be significantly easier if we could generate a quick report from the wireup module that showed us the details that show in the panel. We know we can and should wireup all desks at all sites, but with limited people with large work loads this…

  17. When we run the locker report from lockers even though Currently when filter/s are applied to show sites needed, using the quick report still shows all lockers regardless of filter. Much like insights, when launching the reports it shows you the data based on the filters applied, we'd like quick reports to do the same.

  19. We have found navigating VBS and Scenario Planner confusing since we instituted neighborhoods into our portfolio. We want to be able to see the name of the hood on the tab in VBS and Scenario Planner.

  20. Recently some clients were looking to find out how certain people were archived and how some users were locked. Reviewed the appropriate tables in the database and did not find any answers.

    I suspect it was automated in both instances, but it would be nice to know for sure.
