  2. Have the ability to generate and view SVLive utilization reporting in real-time rather than the current 1-day delay. This is particularly important from a BCP perspective.

  3. Currently, report 67 works if the lowest levels of the space type hierarchy are selected, which works fine for showing a single space type, but does not work well if a group of spaces has to be selected. E.g. if all core spaces are to be shown in the report, each space types within core hierarchy has to be separately selected. This represents a challenge. The workaround is to run the report via spaces, but that works only on a single floor. If a whole campus has to be selected, that solution does not work well.

  5. As a Space Planner I would like to see in a heat map of the floor which will help me see which desks are always used and never used.

    Data should have a combined view of:
    - Wired SVLive data
    - Wireless SVLive data
    - Sensor data

    Note: The report should show all the floors across our building in one report.

  6. Give the ability to extract a PDF that is legible and clear from a custom insights floorplan created in Insights Editor. Currently the PNG format is completely un-readable and is honestly useless to extract.

  7. As a System Administrator or Security Auditor,
    I would like to be able to see all Secured Actions for each user on a single tab,
    So that I can more easily view access at the user-level and identify whether or not each user has appropriate permissions.

    Currently, we must find the roles associated with a user, and then go to another tab to filter by each role to find all of the associated Secured Actions.

  9. Several standard reports include an "Area" metric but is unclear what that means. Some "Area" metrics are providing Gross SF and some Usable SF but continue to say "Area". Ask to retitle the column header to understand what type of space is being captured and provided in the reports.

  10. Descriptions and screenshots exist for built-in reports in help.serraview.com. Additional details would prove very helpful such as including the formulas for calculations and an explanation of each column header.

    How is Utilization calculated? Define "Unknown" and "Visitor" under Entrants.

  11. Provide a simple visualisation of a floorplan that highlights via a colour desks that are wired up but have not had any SVLive activity within the report period.

    This will be useful for easily identifying desks without activity, especially on large floorplans. The report can then be scheduled to send on a regular basis to local teams who can review any issues with wire up.

  13. Make it easier to search and sort reports by:
    - Better category and labels for reports
    - Consistency in the naming of reports, so that it identifies which data is included in a report
    - Hide reports with no data because the respective module isn't in use (like Serraview Live reports)

  14. Would like to have reporting capabilities for cancelled reservations. We inquired and learned from SV that there are archived records for any reservations that were checked-in and then cancelled. The archived records are not currently added to Report Builder and there fore cannot be reported upon. We are requesting that these archived records be added to Report Builder to enable reporting capabilities. Would also like to suggest on existing reports that show a blank field under the Check-in column on the Desk Booking report, that instead of a blank field it defaults to show "Desk not Checked-in", This would help…

  18. Insights Dashboard that provides a VBS style view showing block and stack with villages, neighbourhoods and teams, showing utilisation per floor.

    Provides a way for space planners to easily identify utilisation across a whole floor, either on a specific day or over a period of time.
