Improve Overall Search Functions - People, Spaces, Configurations, Buildings
It'd be great to improve search functions in the following areas:
When searching for a building in Buildings & Floors or in the Parameters section of Analytics, it'd be great if we could search by Short Name. Not everyone knows the formal/legal names of our buildings, but everyone knows the colloquial names we assign under the Short Name field.
The search function in Space Viewer isn't robust enough to search for people who have more than one word for their First Name. It seems that as soon as I press the space bar after the first grouping of characters, whatever I type next it starts looking for as a Last Name. For example, if an employee's name is A. J. Smith... if I type in "A. J. Smith" I get no results returned. But if I type in "A. Smith" (without the J.) then it will come up. It would be better to be able to search by the full name.

Our projects sometimes have a large number of flexi employees associated with a flexible team / hood on a BOS. This limitation makes the search function nearly obsolete when trying to isolate a specific flexi employee on one of these teams to enter move details against their line.
The search function should narrow down to the particular name entered, not respond with a list of all their associated fellow flexi colleagues. Currently after adding a persons' name to the search bar, you have to then scroll through the list of people on the BOS to find who you were looking for. This is cumbersome if there are a lot of additional flexi people on the same team.
Fixed occupants can be searched one by one, it would be great if flexi occupants could be as well.

As a Migration Manager
I would like to be able to search for specific people in flexi teams, or in workpoints with multiple occupants
So that I can more effectively manage move projects.Currently, if you search for an individual in a BOS project, it will show all moves associated with that individual's location, because the occupant is an attribute of the location.
For example, if multiple occupants are assigned to the same workpoint, and you search for one occupant, all of that workpoint's occupants will appear in the search results.
This is the same for people assigned to teams rather than specific workpoints (both fixed and flexi).

Bring back Search for Configuration. With so many options it was great to be able to search and find a particular field within the Configuration menu.

Ability to provide an ad-hoc query or search interface for all users to search data and across all space management functions including but not limited to scenario/ project planning, occupancy tracking, and MAC.

This would be very useful for our account. Especially the ability to create ad-hoc queries.

"Space Mapping" refers to visually showing spaces that match a query, and showing better control over how those spaces are shown. Included are:
- Dynamic legends that display sq. ft. categorized by drawing colorization selected
- Layer management capability to turn on/off layers for visualization purposes (includes any layer(s) a client would like to bring over, not just those relevant to Serraview’s functionality)
- Ad-hoc search or highlight capability where a keyword can be entered into a search bar and the system highlights the results on the floorplan (colors the spaces)
- Print drawing based on color-by or highlight
