  2. On the Work Team Performance Report, having the ability to isolate a Work Team in the Report would be beneficial.

    This can be resolved by including the Work Team as a selectable field on the report.

  3. Add Time option in the response format type in a maintenance checklist
    Thie option is available on compliance survey... should be available on maintenance check list.

  4. A client found an issue with priorities not sticking on work requests in the Maintenance Console under certain actions.

    These are the steps:

    1) A work request is submitted with a priority of 3.
    2) The work request is approved.
    3) Update the work request.
    a. Add a craftsperson to the request and add time to the request.
    b. Change priority from 3 to 5.
    c. Save the update. Popup about returning to beginning of workflow and click OK.
    4) The work request is approved again with the priority at a 5 still as needed.

Currently the system links PM work to SLA's via the PM Procedure meaning every time a PM procedure is added the user needs to create or add the new PM procedure to an SLA. by adding the criticality field as a check value the PM can be link directly as a catch all for this criticality i.e. Statutory and Non Statutory as a minimum. The system can still use a single PMP or also link to the location and equipment data. Grouping code may also be a useful link option to PM schedule for SLA's.

  9. Forecast of PM - Rolling forecast of PM - for long term budgets we forecast out 10+ years. Create a user determined forecast horizon for selected PM schedule groups and allow automatic forecast every month via a configurable parameter

  10. Service Level Agreement to allow SLA to have an after hours redirection to different Craftsperson(s)

    This would allow for outside normal hours requests (emergency/critical) to be directed to another response agency/work team/craftsperson

  11. Parameter setting - Auto close Work Request on Completion. This is currently a 1 and 0 (all in or out). Change logic to allow certain problem type to be included/excluded from this global parameter. Maybe possible be added as an attribute to the problem type.

  12. When needing to look up completed/closed work requests and looking for all the information in a concise format users need to use Archived Work Requests and Resources. This process is over complicated as users need to know the Work Order Code (found using Search and Manage). There needs to be a modification to this process either through Search and Manage or Archived Work Requests and Resources.

    The archive of a file needs to also include the completed Checklists and attachments to the work. Should be a PDF export with all of the information. Requiring users to look up information to…

  14. Many users still print their PMs after they are generated.
    When using the View Active PM Work Orders view, setting the appropriate filters and clicking the ‘Paginated Report’ button, work requests print in woid & wrid order.
    The PM Work Request Generator iterates thru the creation of work requests based on the Date to Perform and no additional sort fields.

    I would like to see a way to add an additional "grouping" (not to be confused with the Grouping option that combines the selected grouping option on the Same work request)
    I do still want separate work requests…

  15. I would suggest having the possibility to add multiple parts for a single step in a procedure in order to have an estimation more accurate (or actually useful, because we can't even use the feature as it's limiting to single part) per step.
    I would definitely explore the use of Bill of Material (BOM) that could be useful for specific to pmp or specific to pms (because sometimes the procedure is the same, but based on the equipment, as example, filter sizes can differ).

  16. Since 2022.01 the overview at a glance is missing in the building ops console. Pre 2022.01 one could quickly see the scheduled or estimated work orders and the 'next actions' were marked with an asteriks.
    The new console has a lot of enhancements, but that status overview is missing.
    From ARCHIBUS Support I got the info that a modification is in the pipeline to get the an overview of the status by hovering instead of having to select an actual work request.

    Imho showing a few additional flags (asterisk, pending actions) would be very usefull in addition to that hovering…

  17. Our customer uses the GRID 3.0, which is used e.g. in ab-request-console.axvw. The customer can edit/select data in the GRID.

    There are the following basic requirements, which should be changed from the customer's point of view in the core of the application (of the GRID 3.0):

    (1) The column width of the fields in the DataGridSelectionBox should be changeable by the user.

    (2) Key fields that are only required for the software functionality but do not contain any essential information for the user should not necessarily have to be displayed on the screen. Currently ID fields must be included in…

  18. The Define location has a site point of contact field that is validated against the contact table (Define Contacts). there is no way of seeing additional contact details for that point of contact. there needs to be a pop up contact card that can be accessed. there is no "view contact" available for general users who do not have admin privileges in this area.

    This concept is relevant to a few areas where contacts are used.

    There is also a need for secondary/alternate contacts

  19. This recommendation is related with the control that the inventory manager and craftpeople have when they recive parts, by this I mean that both should have like a registry of what parts they have given or recive in order to avoid the wrong manipulation of the parts or losses.

    Also, would be good to see all the estimations by work request in an easier way.

  20. Add function that allows PMP's to be associated to eqstd or/and csiid so that PMS records can be auto-created with a default schedule date. If the PMP holds the interval information and table holding the relationship between csi and/or eq_std. This will allow for a number of useful features

    1. Quickly assign PMP to new assets
    2. Check if assets are assigned to the correct PMP's
    3. Add New PMP's to assets that are already in the system when things change.
    4. Review what assets need to be updated when/if PMP's are no longer required.
