Allow printing out floor plans without highlight
Currently, in Space Console, you can print out floor plans with at least one highlight or a border highlight. However, you can not print out a floor plan without highlights.
Do companies care about the floor plan without highlighting at all?

This is a requirement from every customer with which we have worked. It might make sense to have a slightly different template for floorplans with no highlights, removing the highlight panel in the printout and allowing the floorplan to take the entire page above the template at the bottom.

@Amy Sletta - can you confirm that in 25.2 you can generate a pdf? In 23.2 We can set highlights to None on the screen, but when trying to pdf get a message that says "please select a highlight option before exporting".

We are able to do this in version 25.2. I am not sure if it was a customization or not. There is a Clear Highlight button at the bottom of the Highlight selection form.
We also have a highlight option labeled No Highlights that allows you to print without a highlight.

Thank you for the feedback, very helpful!

Yes! We "publish" pdf floor plans without highlights. 1. Everyone wants to mark up for their own purpose - work orders, department reviews, reports, one-off maps, etc. 2. The portrait vs. landscape issue. (!) If we could solve these problems we could have end users create their own pdfs.

I agree. Almost every client I work with has requested a no highlight data source option that we have added. This should be an OOTB option.

Yes, printing without highlight is always wanted.
