Workplace service requests: provide external links
As a service provider, I know some of our services actually go directly to an external provider. It would be great to provide a request type in the Workplace catalog that directs the user to an external URL to fulfill that request, so that the request gets routed most efficiently.
Perhaps tie URLs to activity types…activity types have a URL field so that users have something in the service catalog that goes to an external link.

Client needs to redirect one of the items on the service catalog to another page because that request is handled by IT and they have their own request tool. There should be a way to configure the service catalog to redirect the user to another place or document as requires.
