Display Space Console filter frame when SpaceConsoleLoadDataOnOpen=0 in application parameters
For those organizations who have a sizable space portfolio, loading the space console can take some time. In some cases, 5-15 seconds or more. Rather than having Archibus load data on opening the space console, some organizations use the SpaceConsoleLoadDataOnOpen application parameter to disable loading data until filter criteria has been input and then load the specific space subset. In prior versions this didn't have a significant impact on the UI, but in v25 when this option is toggled the left hand frame in the space console disappears and looks to an end user like it's not loading correctly. Can we have data not being loaded as an option, but still keep the left frame panels without loading building / floor / employee content? See example images.

I agree completely! It appears that something has gone "wrong" with loading the view. I am turning it back on so as to not confuse the client.
