    We have a separate environment that does not use SSO. If we need to replicate an issue or test as another user, we clone PROD to test env, where SSO is disabled. Set a users password, and then login as them.

    We have implemented this as a custom feature, and it has worked really well. Users love it. It can be turned on/off by an app parameter. We also set an additional param to set it to auto-expire on x-date. The details of the popup can be customized in messages.
