    Definitely a must. I would suggest not to play with the Date of first PM, but rather use a specific field for adjusted date. "Adjusted date" field can be one-time thing or permanent change.
    As of disposing of an equipment, I would suggest to add a pop-up window that ask if related tickets and PM should be cancelled as well (PMS to be INACTIVED or PAUSED).
    Also agree for having the possibility to pause PMS manually.

    Our organization finally developed ours (which took us a really long time)... one of the biggest issue was merging two tables as we needed info from WR still opened and some that were already archived. But yes, OOTB report for time entry would be a huge plus!
