This feature is a major ask for Medtronic Parkmore as I am getting asked regularly why employees cannot see who has booked a hoteling desk and for what times. If you click on a desk, it is available under the Admin role so needs to be rolled out for Viewer roles.

Inna, you replied "We have just recently released a new hotel desk bookings report (under agile workplace category) for past & future bookings with all booking details"
However, the request is for a visual aid so office managers (as well as users) can see at a glance seats booked vs seats not booked by date.
In addition, names of employees displayed with a color for booked and a different color for those who have checked-in.

Most of the office leadership wants to see a plan of booked desks w/ names by date.

As an employee (Web UI or Wayfinder Kiosk) I'd like to see at-a-glance which desks are available.
Currently a user has to click 4-5 times before they realize that the desk is already reserved.

Employees need to be able to search for a colleague (wayfind a colleague), so they can book a desk near that person if they need to work together
