Hoteling desks reservations on the map view for admins
Admin would like to see on a floor map hoteling desks reservation including employees, i.e. which employees booked

I would say not JUST for admins. I have people who are not Admins who need to be able to see the bookings view. It would be nice to add a role OR a user to give visibility to the bookings map.

Along the same lines.. Add a toggle that will only show reserved desks. All others should be completely hidden (not grayed out)

Agree with Inna's comment. When looking at a floormap, it would be handy to be able to distinguish a booked hoteling desk from a free hoteling desk. I.e. if I have 10 hotelling desks and half of them are booked, it would be good to be able to see which of them are booked by an icon or a different colour, so that I can tell without having to click down into too many options. Could the reservation appear when you hover over the desk if it was currently booked?
Also are you not meant to be able to search for the employee when they have booked somewhere, and click on them and it will take you to their location? That would be very useful. -

also a notification to the admin when someone books in their location so that the admin can prepare a desk, access badge, and know to be there when the guest arrives.
