Given that more and more locations will not seat 1:1 primary seat. Metrics displayed on Portfolio must reflect numbers from all use types.

For e.g those seated 1:1 - Display Total Seats - Total Employees - Total HR employees in that location.

For those seated in neighborhood, displace total seats - total employees in n'hood and HR count of employees in that building

For those deploying all seats as Hoteling, display total seats, and daily(months data) average checked-in count and HR employee count for that location.

As primary seating gets used less and less , some buildings may have all 3 types of uses. So combine all 3 into a metric on the portfolio view and let the drill down provide details.

Such a simple report can tell us how many seats to build once badge and sensor data also chime in.

Currently the neighborhood numbers are displayed in portfolio but it does not provide counts by department.
