When hiding floors take away seat count
Ability to add a new floor with seats but make it "unavailable" in which it will not include those seats in the total workstation total or counts if not using it yet. Want to be able to future plan

Yes, we have a "floor plan" where we place all of our LOA employees. They still need to be accounted for, but aren't taking up a seat. We have used 'Remote' toggle to identify our flex employees, and the 'No Desk Needed' to identify employees who work from the building but don't have a dedicated desk (technicians/ S&R/ etc.)
