Unknown Person / Opt-Out of Engage Display
Change the manner in which users that have selected to Opt-Out of Engage are displayed in Engage.
Currently they are shown as Unknown Person on both the floorplan when zoomed in, and the card of the selected desk.
Suggest alternative description that clearly identifies the person has opted out of displaying their information in Engage.

Allow this to be a 'free text' field for System Admins to select what they want displayed to a maximum number of characters. e.g. 'System Booking', 'Anonymous' The reason someone chooses to opt out may not be something to share with the broader organization via an interactive floorplan, and 'Opted Out' might invited more questions.

I would focus more on the desk/area, as we don't need to pay attention to the end user opting out of Engage.
I'd suggest 'Booked by User' to display for in Floor plan and Card section, either on the area, or beside the area's name.My worry would be that this could interfere with other uses of SV, such as use in reporting if future consent is given for named reports to be pulled?
Would some users need to be exempt from this, such as fire wardens and first aiders, and if so, how do we manage this?
Would this allow for an accurate representation in the event of an attendance being required for a fire etc?

Users who have Opt-Out of Engage selected currently display as Unknown Person, How would you prefer them to appear in Engage?

Would be nice to have 'Booked by anonymous user' displayed on Engage to avoid confusion when staff are trying to book a desk already occupied by someone who has 'Opt-Out of Search' selected.
