Booking Rules Based On Team

Provide enhanced flexibility to booking rules to provide variable restrictions to bookings based on your team or the team allocations. This should include:
- Provide a team priority to reserve, seats in a location (building, floor, hood) until a specified time (ie. a week before), then the reservations are open to everyone else not on the specified team.
- Allocate spaces to only be bookable by specific teams on specific days ( E.G. Finance are allocated Monday, Wednesday & Friday, IT are allocated Tuesday & Thursday.)
- Allow some teams to book in all spaces regardless of booking rules

    Have safe needing a dedicated desk for 3 days, though this isn't possible in the current system.
    With work flex being a new arrangement for all staff after covid, this would be a great help to make sure we can utilise all the desks we have.

    Rather than making an entire floor non-bookable on certain days, have the ability to block out particular desks on particular days.

    Eg: Every Tuesday, desks W.1.22-W.1.029 are non-bookable

    An option to set which days of the week particular desks can be booked.
    I.E. Desk 01 can only be booked Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and cannot be booked Monday or Friday

    This can be used to support situations where someone is nominally assigned to a desk and doesn't need to book it on the non bookable days.

    Can also be used to help maximise floors on busy days, but allowing staff to have a permanent allocation on those days, and freeing up the desks to be booked on other days.

    Add feature to allow exclusion of particular neighborhoods/teams from "everyone" booking rule.

    As the business moves into flexible working for employees, so will our office spaces.

    It would be excellent if there was a scheduling option within Serraview that would allocate a team on specific dates to a specific room/space and then allocates another team to do the same.

    E.G. Finance are allocated meeting room 1 Monday, Wednesday & Friday, IT are allocated meeting room 1 Tuesday & Thursday.

    Seeing this in Engage would be useful but the intention is not for this to be a bookable activity within Engage, rather allocation properties in VBS.
