Remove limit on all-day booking, allow desks to be made available after cancellation
Currently when an all-day reservation is cancelled after the start of the check-in window, that desk will be reserved for the rest of the day even if the user has cancelled the reservation.
Can we add a setting to the engage config that gives Admins the option to decide whether desks are made available again the same day a reservation has been cancelled?

Engage allows desks to be booked again once someone has cancelled an existing booking.
Please note that there will be a short delay once a booking has been cancelled before the same user will be able to book another desk or the previously booked desk will be shown as available to be booked by another user.

We still need the ability to cancel a reservation AFTER the start time has passed. If there is a no-show or someone leaves early, the room remains "booked".
