This would be great in Engage. Similarly, the hours when the space is not available should be greyed out to prevent confusion.

In the US, calendars are generally displayed with weeks being shown Sun - Sat. Can this be a configuration setting? This would be wanted for the My Bookings and the Now/Future Date calendars.

The Web time selector looks to be built for mobile use and doesn't translate too well for desktop. It would be good to have a more traditional time selector for Web as it would be less difficult to use.

The suggestion is to have a more prominent button to switch between floors in Web and Mobile.

Currently the button to take you to Google Maps appears more prominent and users are often clicking that first to switch floors.

In the phone app, could you please make the 'all bookings' scroll bar in the My Bookings window continue to scroll into the next month. At the moment you have to change the month in the calendar view and then you can start scrolling again in the list below.

For clients with larger floorplans, when they first open the Engage app the floorplan can appear very small and they need to zoom in. The suggestion was for the floorplan to appear more zoomed in when they first load the floor.

Enable the ability for the user to configure and manage their default building and floor.

The Trash can icon does not look like a trash can. Please change this back to the previous "Delete" button. It was much clearer. Users can't easily see how to delete a reservation without guidance.

Enhance visuals by changing the colour of the delete/trash/bin icon colour. Maybe a red or yellow highlighted colour

When using reservation assist to book across multiple days, the week view can be limiting and confusing.

It would be more intuitive if the days were locked to a standard week, as opposed to rolling based on the current day.

It would also be beneficial to be able to select from a longer time period - eg a month. This could function as a popout or link to a month/longer view.

The area in which to activate the NOW Button is extremely small, i.e. if you don't tap on the exact location on the NOW button, it won't activate. Users end up needing to tap several times.

As we can make bookings in the future, or as I continue to use the app, I have bookings spanning months and years.

Can we please identify the year when reviewing the 'My Bookings' view?

For example in this attachment, I cannot tell what year this Sept view is.

When opened to a desired floor to make a desk booking for the future, it took me a while to find it is the 'Reservation Assist' button. I don't find this intuitive.

Can we change this button to say something more obvious, such as 'Date filter' or 'Date Selector'.

A number of improvements can be made to the process of selecting and navigating floors, the below configurations should be made available:

- If a building has 1 floor, automatically open floor if the building is selected
- Open the floorplan zoomed in for larger floors
- Display the full site address
- Improve the back/home buttons from the main engage page to more easily change building and floor
- Icons to change floors

- Hide buildings and floors where user meets no booking access requirements
- Hide the notification that says the floor has no bookable desks

Enhancements to the My Bookings tab should include:

- Display all bookings for desks and spaces
- Display all bookings for desks and spaces I have made on behalf of other people
- Display all calendar events syncronised with Microsoft Outlook
- Improve the calendar display to more easily change months
- Improve the calendar dispaly to more easily change days
- Improve the visibility of the delete button
- Show the year of bookings

Display the room that has been booked based on searching for the title of the meeting.
