Concierge Menu Enhancements - Text location, gif/video backgrounds, tiling options
Enhancements to the Engage Concierge menu should include:
- Customise the location of text within the tiles
- Customise the font and colour of text within tiles
- Customise colour of arrows to move tiles
- Play a looping video (mp4 or gif)
- Play a single image or video behind tiles, without separate images per tile
- Option for horizontal or vertical scrolling on either web or mobile
- Directly link files from the Serraview document library for users to download
Ideally, it would be great to have the ability to move the title and description locations depending on the image as well as, increasing the character limit for the description as currently, this is set to 200.

As an Engage user,
I would like to be able to see the arrows on the Concierge menu clearly,
So that I can better navigate the app.Currently, it can be difficult to see the arrows on the Concierge menu, because the colors blend in.

I would like to store PDF files within Serraview to make them available in the Engage app with not additonal authentication but in a secured space.
Example: A PDF one pager that dispalys the contact to our internal Service Desk with numbers and email addresses etc.

Allow users (or admins at a global level) to configure concierge to display content as a series of tiles, 2x2 or 3x3 depending on resolution, in addition to the current display configuration option.

The Engage Concierge menu is smooth but not practical - the repeating nature can cause confusion. A client's suggestion is to either:
- Have a navigation bar that displays the length of the actual page on the side as you scroll through.
- Number each item on the concierge menu. The infinite scroll could then either be removed, or retained, or a configurable option per instance.
