Report - Usage of Engage Reservations
As a Reservations Manager, I want to understand how well our employees are using (or not using) the reservations system. For example, how many bookings are being made, how many check-ins, how many no-shows over a period of time... broken down my business unit and locaiton.

Serraview Insights offers a number of reports and dashboards which provide details on space utilisation, check in behaviour, booking behaviour, utilisation comparison with SVLive and Badge data from Engage booking data and other activity sources.
