Restrict all bookings to a limit of 30 days in advance to encourage utilizing workstations within other buildings within our campus

An important feature, particularly at the moment when we are pivoting our approach to occupancy. We are utilising a combination of individual bookable desks but have also grouped desks together into Villages to support teams working together. Restricting bookings ahead, or including black-out periods enables us to adjust village sizes, but also the access to the desks via the restrictions to team/hood/floor/building/everyone which is key as we evaluate or block&stack with a reduced covid capacity of desks.

Restrict all bookings so can only make within say a 30 day period, longer potentially up to 3 months with approval from Serraview Admin (e.g. internal property team).

Limit how far into the future, and also how long the reservation can last.
