Use Engage to show your work from office/work from home/hybrid work days
As a user of Engage, I want to show my colleges that I'm:
- on leave
- working from home
...so they know not to try to find me in the office.
Background
It's great to know where someone sits, but just as importantly, to know when they are not there. It would be great to have a place in Engage where this could be set.
Especially post COVID-19 where more people are likely to be working from home than what it typical.
Possible features
- Quick I'm not in the office day
- Quick I'm working from home today
- I'm not in the office during this period (start and end dates)
- Who should someone contact if I'm on leave
- Ability to set these options as recurring (example: I do not work on Wednesdays)

It would be excellent to use Engage for employees to set the working intention for their working week (i.e. one day work from home, another in the office, another off work). This could then be viewable/shared by others in their team or in the business which, would allow employees to plan potential face to face meetings or other intentions. There is a Microsoft Teams plugin via a company called Teamlink who provides this but to have this feature in Engage would make this a single hybrid planning tool.
This would also be useful for essentially checking in and identifying when our first responders are on site.
