Automatically send users templated email instructions/booking confirmation

"Ability to autogenerate reservation/ hoteling notification emails (e.g. booking confirmation, instructions)"
Current Workaround: None.
Additional Information: Allow users to configure templates per each building/floor/neighborhood/space. For advance booking, allow users to define timers for emails (IE send email X hours/days before booking is scheduled to start).

An enhancement has been delivered to Engage to send users confirmation emails when they make a booking, send notifications on the day of their booking via email or app notification or automatically cancel a booking if not checked in.

Suggestion - Employees and their People Leaders (<Optional) should receive confirmation of booking and instructions of where to go and how to access building (including a building induction - TBC) if they are new to site). This may include links to learning platforms. As above this could be a template for each building etc
