Functionality of rooms, same charge rule function as desks; Add Hotel option
Two ideas - one is to add a new Allocation called "HOTEL" where the station and office allocation can be changed for a hybrid/hotel workplace model. The blue dot would change to a new color.
2nd is to allow the functionality of an office to match that of a desk. I'd like the ability to update the allocation/charge rule of an office to "HOTEL" (if that's added as a feature) but if not, to Campus Common All. However currently if I change the allocation of an office/room - the blue dot disappears and I cannot "undo" this.

adding extra layers to VBS? Badge & space data on doors and/ assets (machines)
Would be great for system to map doors/ assets (such as machines) in VBS or stored in the background so that system can be integrated with Security system (as an example) to further enable analysis of utilisation data and cross analysis with booking. Currently data are intergated to building/ floor level which is quite limited, especially if we are looking at machines, labs vs. office space.

Copy Service Requests
As Business Accommodation Managers, we receive Service Requests that are for various sites around the country. As each site is managed by different Managers, Service Requests that are for multiple sites need to be separate from each other for Business Accommodation Managers to manage and action accordingly.
This involves manually creating service requests that are exactly the same as the original to ensure the manager looking after the relevant sites in the original request can be notified of a Service Request being submitted for them.
I am requesting a copy feature of the Service Request that simply copies the original…

Document Library - File Size limit increase
There have been times I am trying to share documents with Support or with my internal team, using the document library. Some files include large detailed excel documents and CAD files - floorplans. The document library is default limited to 100MB. It would be good to have this permanently increased, to give us flexibility in storing and sharing files as needed.

Target Ratios Greater Than 9.99
Allow Target Ratios over 9.99 (which seems to be the hard limit right now). In today's style of working, with fewer people coming into the office on average, we're in need to set the ratios much higher than we did in the past!

Add square feet (SF) to the output of report 324.
All defined spaces have a SF value. When clicking on a space within a floorplan it will display information AND the SF value. Was very surprised the report didn't allow you to pull in SF information. The report just provides building, floor and room number.

Insights or Looker Complex Queries
As an Insights user without Insights Editor or Direct Connect access,
I would like to be able to run complex queries without the browser running out of memory,

Ability to Disable Workplace Notes
Users incorrectly use the Notes field in Workplace, for example entering in their retention status comment in the ‘Workplace Notes’ field.

Include progress bar for Snapshots
When creating a manual Snapshot, a message appears instantly saying "The snapshot was successfully created", but the snapshot will not actually be completed for some time afterward. It would be great if there was a progress bar indicating what stage of creation the Snapshot is at, similar to Scenario Plan.

Ability change the word "equipment"
I would like the ability to change the word "equipment" to something else when used in the context of a desk attribute. No one at my company seems to understand that word as it relates to what they may find on a desk. Please make this configurable.

Localized equipment list
We are a global company and many desk attributes (aka "equipment") are specific to a region (Europe, America, APJ, for example). The ask is to show equipment list in the Reservation assist specific to the location chosen, instead of one global list.

Keep zoom factor when expanding window of floorplan
When increasing the size of the floorplan area in the VBS, the zoom level is not retained during the resizing of the window. If the user has already zoomed in, I would think that expanding the area of the window should keep the floorplan to the same zoom factor that it is before expanding the window area.

Add names to the Space Report in Quick Reports
Hi - the Space Report in Quick Reports is much improved. Just one more thing needs to be added. Please look at adding names to the report, or add an additional Quick Report that also includes names.

Workplace Quick Reports - Split of Floor & Team Reports
Currently the Workplace Quick Reports governs both Floor & Team quick report access in the Workplace Portal. In many cases, we only want an administrator to be able to pull reports for their own team, not for the entire floor.
Being able to split which reports or available in the Floor vs Team quick reports would enable us to provide added benefits to our teams as the risk around allowing access to the floor reports has meant that the quick reports function is unusable.
