Flex Seating Business Unit Dashboard
As a Relationship Manager, I want to provide my business units with a monthly space performance dashboard.
The dashboard should show:
- what space is allocated to the BU
- how many people are assigned to that space
- what the target ratio is for that space
- what the actual ratio is for that space
- how much vacancy/opportunity there is
- what the space is costing

The dashboard should show:
- spaces allocated to the BU
- people assigned to the space
- target seating ratios
- assigned seating ratios
- peak utilization
- cost
- underutilized space -

The dashboard should include:
- What space is allocated to the business unit
- How many people are assigned within that space. A breakdown between FTE and Contractors would be nice.
- How much shadow vacancy the business unit is holding on to
- The cost of the space
