Workplace: searching for employees, their hoteling location for specific date

As an employee booking a desk close my colleagues in the office, I want to know the location for specific date that they booked though hoteling application.

    This is very important. When I'm booking a room, it is usually in advance. Currently, I can only see bookings for today.

    This should include some sort of "Opt in/out" option for the employee. Maybe the employee/visitor wants to be found when booking a room, so they Opt "In". If the employee/visitor chooses the Opt "Out" then they are not found in the room booking or room assignment.
