Amenities for hoteling
Clients looking for flexiwork are asking for functionality of being able to manage equipment configurations when they book a desk due to the fact that certain desks may have different power supplies and docking stations. For some folks, the room type was able to accomodate features such as a tech workstation verses a Cad workstation for example but for more specific requirements, then the reservation module was used instead.
Hoteling has access to the resource section table however, this can only be done for catering resources within webcentral. We are hoping for the ability on the workplace services portal to add in equipment requirements.

This feature would be very helpful. Clients want to be able to search for rooms with certain fixed resources, like ergonomic desk, type of docking station, or ones that have a desktop PC already in place.

This is great that this is in development, we've had a couple clients asking what version release we might see it in? Or, if it will be patchable for enterprise clients who implement 26.1. Thank you.
