Display WR ID on Service Request
When I submit a Service Request using the Service Catalog, it ultimately generates a Work Request which is managed by the supervisor/craftsperson.
As a requester if I wish to follow up on my request and I quote the Service request Number, it causes a lot of confusion because the Supervisors/Craftsperson are using the WR ID to track the request and have no way to correlate it to the SR ID that the client is quoting.
To avoid this issue, the WR ID should be exposed on the Service Catalog for the Client to reference if they need to follow up with the craftsperson.

This was delivered as part of the V2022.02 release

Glad to see it's under review, but this problem is so basic I can't believe it's taken 14 months since requested and still isn't conrrected. Greg Ayres comment on 2/15 below is so vague: "ways to make communication . . . better" is a much broader issue. Just the Work Request number please in the Service Catalog please!
