Pre-define a set of Asset Attributes for an Equipment Standard
As an inventory manager, I want the system to pre-define a set of attributes for the new equipment I'm creating based on their standard in order to avoid the need to re-create similar asset attributes for assets sharing the same standard.
When creating an equipment, it would be handy that, based on the selected equipment standard, a set of Asset Attribute are initialized (with the appropriate Asset Attribute Standard) so that the user does just have to fill in the Asset Attribute values for each of them rather than having to create new ones.
e.g. when creating a lift equipment, the system would automatically (or on request) create asset attributes with the following standard
* Max. weight
* Lift Type (electric, hydraulic, ...)
Supporting various data types such as Enum Lists or integers would also be useful.
NB This could be considered along with or instead of the "user-defined fields for assets" roadmap item coming up in v25.4.

This idea has been implemented in v2023.02. Attributes are text-based. The missing part is formatting the attributes to a certain display format - ex. enumeration list, number, date, etc.

Thanks Octavian, this is indeed waited by many of our clients and prospects. Will there be something available already (even as an MVP) in 2023.02 ?

Currently we are working on adding asset attributes to equipment standards. The effort may be split over several releases.
The first iteration may not cover default values and enumeration lists. -

I think, you mean something like this (Screenshot)?
