Ability to configure the level the Navigator starts at.
As of v25.1, when a specific user has less than 10 applications assigned to them, the top-level (or starting point) of the navigator will be at the Application level, rather than the Domain level. There are no settings to control this behavior OOTB. Any sort of change to this behavior would be a customization to the navigator's design.
Now in v25, what level the Navigator starts on is a variable that has to be considered when providing tech support, instructions, documentation, etc.
I suggest this be made configurable with the default being that the top level is domains for everyone, like it has been previously. Should an organization want to utilize this feature to have the top level be Apps, the Apps should still be grouped by their Domains so that Service Desk isn’t in between Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, for example.

Here's an example (image attached) of a user with 11 processes assigned in v25.3. Hoteling and Assets fall below System.

As an additional problem with the current system if there are more items than your browser size you get some very bad results with the items scrolling. Just shrink your browser to be smaller than the flyout and you'll see for yourself.

I agree this feature would be helpful so we can better control the user experience. I would recommend configuring at the role or user level the ability to specify if the user sees domains or applications as the top level that displays.

I agree. Our training manuals and product documentation will now have to include multiple versions based on how that Role's navigator displays. Although I still prefer home pages over the Navigator. The way things are currently set we now have to configure the old PNav plus add relevant things to their home pages - but only what fits since the spacing is so large. Home pages gave users the ability to see every link they use day-to-day on one screen with one click to open. Navigator means they are back to digging for views, ever with Favorites, Search and Shortcuts.

I agree with this one as well. Right now the application went from homepages which were a single click (hopefully) to get into a view, now it is a minimum of 2-3 to get to the view. Adjusting as mentioned above would make this a much more usable design for the end user and limit clicks.

I completely agree and hope an Application Parameter can be created that allows this to be configured. The current rigidity of design in this instance forces a different user experience for those who do not have many applications assigned.
While many Roles will likely fall into this category, the overall order of the navigation should not be forcibly different than those with more than 10 Applications assigned.
Thank you for your consideration!
