In the Space Console, change the Generate Ad Hoc PDF Report => "Print just the current drawing - Yes - print just the current drawing with the zoom factor as it currently appears in the drawing control" to generate a PDF that shows what is in the drawing control.

In OOTB version 25.1 if you select a floorplan and leave the zoom factor at its default setting in the drawing control and then Generate an AD HOC PDF Report using the option "Yes - print just the current drawing with the zoom factor as it currently appears in the drawing control" the generated pdf will not be what appears in the drawing control. Instead Archibus will generate a pdf that is the same as using the option "No - print the full extents of all drawings in the Space Console' filter list." or the "Export Floor Plans in Floor Plans List to PDF" (NoZoom.pdf)

However, if you change the Zoom setting by either zooming in or out by at least one step then the option to Generate AD Hoc PDF Report selecting the option "Yes - print just the current drawing with the zoom factor as it currently appears in the drawing control" will generate a PDF that shows what is in the drawing control window. (ZoomedIn.pdf and ZoomedOut.pdf)

This leaves end users without a way to print a templated full size version of a floor plan base on all of their view settings in the Space Console. To the best of my knowledge the only way to print a full size drawing base with user selected published CAD layers and borders would be to use the Export What You see to DOCX option. However, this option provides no legend and is not a PDF.

It also creates confusion for end users about the functionality of the settings for Generating an Ad Hoc PDF report. The option "Print just the current drawing?
Yes - print just the current drawing with the zoom factor as it currently appears in the drawing control." isn't a true statement and would require additional user training. A user would need to know that if they use the Generate an Ad Hoc PDF Report it will only print the selected Highlight option.

I think a solution would be to make sure the yes option for generating the ad hoc report works as stated and if needed add a 3rd printing option that will print the emf file of only the currently select floor plan.
