Agreed, while it 'looks nice' in presentation, and low level user would not be bothered by the high vibrant colours, this is not a good experience for high use. Our occupancy planner, analyst and operations delivery team spend hours daily in VBS and staring at the poppy colours will accelerate eye exhaustion and likely decrease long term sustainable productivity. The pastel colour pallet of 2.66 and previous versions, are easy to use long term and with the right monitor filter films, long hours on VBS do not have issues.
This may read 'petty' because it's just colours.... but it has more of a functional and operational impact than what was likely initially measured. Either an option to select colour pallet, or, lower vibrant colour pallet.
