    We currently have an issue with unexpected comments in Documents and Activity in the Maintenance console. Seems to be related to an overlap in activity log ids with work request codes. The ability to reset the activity log id via Web Central may resolve our issue.

    End users would LOVE this feature. This feature is very useful for us since we service many buildings where End users don't have access to Archibus and therefore send emails/texts and pick up the phone to start the process. Some checks would need to be added to ensure accuracy and completeness of the user enter data for proper routing

    Craftspeople get frustrated with having to reset filters each time they logon. If the computer or database could retain these settings that would help.

    Enabling Equipment Description field to be added to the Maintenance Console will eliminate the need to re-create equipment codes that are more useful for the craftspeople.
