    Very important to reduce the time needed by the move managers to check the relevant requests (with corrects values).

    On the user side, the goal is also important because it demonstrate that the system is there to help them.

    Creating a request and be informed by the move manager that the request must be cancelled because the workplace is not available can frustrate the requestor. Why this workplace is allowed to be selected ?
