For a Move Requestor using Workplace to request a move once they have selected the Building and Floor, allow the user to select a Room from a floor plan.

On the user side, the goal is also important because it demonstrate that the system is there to help them.
Creating a request and be informed by the move manager that the request must be cancelled because the workplace is not available can frustrate the requestor. Why this workplace is allowed to be selected ?

Critical to be able to select a room on a floor plan because that allows the employee to select the team from which he would like to be close.
That feature is already available for workstation booking, why don't you paste it also for individual move request ?
In addition that shall allow the requestor to see workstations availability. To complete, this information should be mandatory, the targeted room selection.
If the field is not mandatory, then the efficiency of the request is low. No complete digitalization as the Move manager needs to come back to the requestor to identify where he would like to be located. So useless feature on the workplace.
