When the building sets a reservation limit, the overbook user is not able to know when is the next available for booking.
Having waitlist function for over book. The user is temporarily put on the waitlist, notification sends when the reservation is available from someone drops.

Since Engage users are getting to be major wayfinding floorplan, it has benefit to show fixed & flexible seats to end-user. Thus, end-users have a better understanding of the working style of particular seats.
