I have had this same request from TWO different clients in the past month.
The ability to see who has logged into the system with a date/timestamp would be extremely ideal.Sheri Leese supported this idea ·
We do this for a client now.. we updated the process to update employee headcounts to look for a specific room cat/room type and then set the count_em = to the cap_em so the space appears to be fully occupied even without an employee assigned to the space. While this works, it makes it difficult when you actually need to know what type of space is is - Workstation, Office, etc rather than "Occupied Space".
