  2. We would like to request a modification to our employee profile system in order to better accommodate our hot desking practices. We would like to request that the fire warden and first aid responder icons be added to individual employee profiles, rather than being assigned to specific desks.

    We believe this change will greatly improve the efficiency and safety of our workplace.   4. I would like to be able to change an employees department name manually. Our system uploads everyone's department but sometimes misspells or they change departments which causes problems because they can't find a seat after. It would be useful to be able to change it on the spaceiq system.

    Right now the only ones I can manage and change are the ones I add manually. If this can change it would help alot!

  5. Provide customization to the available fields shown on the Employee record. We plan on identifying employees in four work categories: Virtual, Remote, No Office and OSP (outsourced) which are not related to the existing space Type options (remote or no desk needed) that SiQ includes in the employee record. We would also want to add a sortable column in the report showing this new work category.

In addition to this suggestion, "As an admin, we need the ability to edit specific employee name, department, title, reporting to, etc. WITHOUT having to import full csv file every time," we also need to be able to add/delete employees regardless of whether they were added manually or imported.

    Having the option to add/delete/edit in the UI makes it more user-friendly, as it would just be a quick-click-feature like how it is for adding Employees (but by deleting and editing fields, of course).   11. Allow users with the role "Viewer" to be able to update their own "Notes" field. This would allow for users to have a custom status associated with themselves on the floor map. They could enter things like, "On lunch", "Working from home today", or anything really. But only for themselves, not other users. Would allow for more user engagement within SpaceIQ. Right now if someone wants to put a custom note associated with themselves, they need to ask and admin to do it for them.

  12. As I understand it, currently the only way to update a users Space IQ role is manually. I would like to suggest that it be set up that this could be done automatically (through Active Directory). For example, if we would want our front-line employees to only have the View role in Space IQ but our managers to be Department Admins, if there was a way that Space IQ could accept this information through an Active Directory sync that would be helpful.   14. The reports and portfolio view show totals across rows for each category / building, but it would be useful to have all selected / visible lines totalled as have to manually download into Excel and then sum up in there. It doesn't make sense not to show totals for each coulmn.

  15. Some employees do not want to be able to be found whether they have they a hotel desk that is reserved or if they are assigned to a seat full time. Ideally employees would opt in or opt out of something like this.

  16. Right now, due to COVID, we have an approval process for employees to enter the facility. Adding an approval process, where an admin or space captain can approve access (possibly before booking a desk) would be helpful.

  17. Would rather see the filterability by Building than HR Location in the Terminated report. We use the report to see who has been unseated from any given site and if we care to dig in, we download to find the details about where they were assigned (HR Location).

    HR Location doesn't seem useful if someone is trying to figure out who may have been terminated/unseated from an office and their HR Location is assigned to a different office. They will get missed.
